Due to the intimate and individual nature of our products and the individual nature of expectations, physical and environmental conditions, we can not offer refunds on the basis of products not meeting expectations.
If you experience a severely adverse reaction, we do recommend you to get in touch with our Customer Care Team who will help you navigate the proper use of each product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue. Due to the fragile nature of our products it is possible that they sometimes get damaged in transport, but not to worry.
If your product reaches you damaged, please take two photos of the external packaging and a photo of the damaged product and send it over to KBodyOasis@gmail.com Our Customer Care Team will get in touch asap and guide you through the process of getting you a replacement product or a refund.
Lost Policy
If your package gets lost/undelivered please check out the tracking reference that was sent in the email once the order dispatched. If you are unable to track the item on the USPS tracking page, check out your local postal service website and enter the same tracking number - local sited are usually much more detailed. If you are unable to locate your package and your local carrier has confirmed they can’t either, please get in touch with us and we will file a lost package claim for you and ultimately send out a replacement or refund your purchase.
