DOES NOT OFFER ONLINE ORDER PICKUP. If you place a order online the order will be shipped per the shipping policy.
Due to Covid-19, many of our shipping carriers are experiencing delays in delivering orders. Please expect that after your order has shipped, it might experience carrier delays and may take longer than usual to receive. All customers can track the status of their order(s) online via USPS.
We offer priority and expedited shipping on all orders within the USA. USPS Priority Shipping Flat rate shipping 2-3 business days including Saturdays. Orders are typically processed and ready for shipping by the 7th day of order placement.
Processing time is generally 7-12business days not including weekends and holidays. Once a package is marked delivered by your postal service we no longer have any bearings on it. We do not refund or replace packages that USPS mark as delivered.
Orders are shipped out Monday-Friday, excluding scheduled fulfillment center closures.
We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
PLEASE NOTE:
- You will receive an email notification once your order ships.
- Orders take up to 48 hours to process before shipment on average. Occasionally, due to high demand, orders can take up to 7-12 business days to ship.
- Standard Deliveries will take 2-3 business days for delivery once the order has been processed.
- Weekend delivery is not available.
